is for Father's day, the reason I am writing
this poem.
A - is for Aardvark. It just a fun word to say. Say it with me

. . Aardvark! Aarrrrrd-Vark!
T -
is for that Thursday as a small child, my dad
and I went to the zoo and saw an Aardvark.
H -
is for Hair. All mammals have hair. My dad's
a mammal, so are aardvarks.
E -
is for Elvis. He's a father. I wonder if he ever took his kid
to the zoo to see aarvarks.
R -
is for Regis Philbin. On thing me and my dad
agree on. Regis Philbin is dumb. We also agree that aardvarks
are nifty.
